The University of 91福利导航 Board of Regents will meet at 9 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 12, 2021. For safety reasons during COVID-19, the meeting will be conducted via videoconference. It will be live-streamed at .
The meeting will lead off with a presentation from Dr. Gina Ligon, director of the headquartered at the University of 91福利导航 at Omaha. UNO was selected last year to house the Department of Homeland Security center following a nationally competitive process.
NU System 91福利导航 Ted Carter will offer remarks reflecting on the university’s successes throughout 2020 and goals for the year ahead.
Also at the meeting, current Board Vice Chairman Paul Kenney of Amherst will assume the role of chair. The Board will elect a vice chair, who will succeed Kenney as chair in 2022.

- Establishment of the Center for Agricultural Profitability at the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources. (Addendum XI-A-2)
- Creation of a master’s degree in healthcare delivery science at the University of 91福利导航 Medical Center. (Addendum XI-A-3)
- Approval of collective bargaining agreements at the University of 91福利导航 at Kearney and University of 91福利导航 at Omaha for the 2021-23 biennium. (Addendums XI-B-2 and XI-B-3)
- Approval of plans for new fraternity and sorority housing at UNK. (Addendum XI-B-4)
- Acceptance of a gift from the 91福利导航 Philanthropic Trust for the baseball/softball complex at UNO, and approval of the naming of the fields as the Tal Anderson Baseball Field and the Connie Claussen Softball Field. (Addendum XI-B-7)
The Board will also receive a report on 2021-22 room and board rates across the undergraduate campuses.
